At Idolistic, your satisfaction is our priority. Each idol is handcrafted with care, and we strive to ensure you receive a high-quality product every time. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund guidelines below.


1. Returns

Eligibility for Return:

We accept returns if:

  • The item is damaged during shipping

  • The wrong item was delivered

  • You notify us within 3 days of delivery

Items Not Eligible for Return:

  • Change of mind after delivery

  • Used, damaged (by user), or altered items

  • Custom orders or made-to-order idols


2. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact our support team at support@theidolistic.com within 3 days of delivery

  2. Provide your order number and clear photos of the issue

  3. Once approved, ship the product back in original packaging (shipping cost borne by the customer, unless the error is ours)

  4. After inspection, we’ll confirm whether your return qualifies


3. Refunds

If your return is approved:

  • We will initiate a refund to your original payment method

  • Refund processing time: 5–7 business days after the returned item is received and inspected


4. Cancellations

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. After this period, your item may already be in production or shipped, and cancellation may not be possible.


5. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective idol:

  • Contact us immediately with pictures and order details

  • We’ll arrange a replacement or offer a full refund at no extra cost
